Ingredients
- 300 g very cold watermelon or cantaloupe, cut into small cubes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, quark, or coconut yogurt
How to make it
Wash the melon well under running water before cutting it. Cut the flesh into small cubes and, if you have time, chill them in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. Blend the cold cubes with the yogurt only until the mixture turns creamy. Serve it straight away in small glasses.
Why it works
You do not need a full dessert plan: the melon gives sweetness and freshness, while the yogurt makes it creamy. With only two ingredients, the dessert stays fast, low-effort, and easy to adapt.
Good variations
Use plain yogurt for a fresher result, Greek yogurt for a richer texture, or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version. If the melon is not very sweet, serve smaller portions and add mint or a squeeze of lime instead of turning it into a sugar-heavy dessert.
