Shared Tab Groups: Keep travel and project links in one place

TL;DR
Instead of throwing links into chat, collect everything in one shared Safari tab group that stays in sync across Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

Shared Tab Groups: Keep travel and project links in one place

How to set it up

  1. In Safari, open the sidebar and create a new Tab Group.
  2. Add the pages you actually need, such as maps, hotels, tickets, notes, or comparison pages.
  3. Click Share and invite the other person.
  4. Everyone in the group can then add, close, or reorder tabs.

Why it helps

A shared tab group is much cleaner than sending ten links through WhatsApp or iMessage. Everything stays in one place, in the right order, and nobody has to dig through old messages. It is especially useful for travel planning, home projects, event planning, or shared research.

Good to know

This works best when everyone uses Safari with iCloud syncing enabled. Create one group per topic, for example Summer Trip, Kitchen Remodel, or Team Offsite. When the topic is done, close or archive the group instead of carrying dozens of random tabs for months.
